About the Role:

Goldman Sachs is hiring a Senior Analyst for its Product Finance team within the Corporate Planning & Management (CPM) division. This role focuses on managing firm-wide non-compensation expenses, providing financial insights, and supporting strategic decision-making through financial planning and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

As part of the Product Finance team, you will handle monthly financial closes, balance sheet analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. You will collaborate with global stakeholders, improve financial controls, ensure compliance with US GAAP and SOX requirements, and help drive process automation and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance or equivalent qualification.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or product finance.
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and accounting controls.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic knowledge of PowerPoint.
• Good understanding of US GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance requirements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work in a global environment.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Experience with Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, and data analytics tools will be an added advantage.
